Decoy Placement and Movement

Hunting with Floating Decoys

When hunting with floating decoys, it’s essential to be stealthy and quiet. Geese have excellent eyesight and can spot a hunter from a great distance. Once the geese are within shooting range, aim for the center of the group, taking out the dominant bird first.
